Hello from Eastern, NC-1989 Civic RT 4wd manual red

Hey guys and gals....just won a 1989 Civic Wagovan last night on eBay, its a red RT4wd 6spd manual with 230k...now the problem is I have to go pick it up in Elkhorn, WI....which is 889 miles from me!....this will be my first Wagon, but I've had tons of Honda's over the years. I will update my signature with my past and present Honda's. Anyway just wanted to say hello and hope to share my Wagovan with you as I fix it up and make it mine.

    Saw this wagon also on ebay, was gonna bid since I'm from Wisconsin, but if I remember correctly, it didn't have a title?

    Yeah, needs work and no title but paperwork showing a mechanics lien was released at auction and a bill of sale, should be able to get the title straight with some good paperwork to the DMV, fingers crossed, otherwise this may end up a donor car! I've talked to the guy that sold it and he said it runs and drives great just has a lot of body rust but according to him very little chasis rust! He states he wouldn't hesitate to drive it 16 hours back to NC! Hope to go and pick it up next weekend, crazy thing is my son and I are going to PJ20 (Pearl Jam 20 Festival) in September which is less than 15 minutes from where the car is located....so I may end up having to visit the DMV then if I can't get the title by phone/mail!! My son, whos 14 is almost as excited as i am about getting this wagon and fixing it up, we just completed fixing up a 95 Del Sol Si and we have done a few mods to our 2007 Civic Si Sedan....As soon as I get pics I will post some....thanks....Ryan
