Climate control. stuck on front defrost only. Help :shock:

Ive been trying to figure this out for a while now. My climate control on my 1991 seems to be stuck on the front window defrost option only. I can move the arm left and right to the other positions fairly easy, but it does not change where the air flows. I've tried all combinations and still nothing. I would like to have my forward facing heat back! Does anyone have any idea what i should try...?

    It's a pretty simple cable setup. Pull the console cover off and have a look.

    Well. I come out this morning to take pictures of the lip. and its gone. literally, someone came and stole it. :/

    Pulled the center. low and behold the cable running to the air dist. was broken and snapped about 1 inch before the arm. I grabbed some safety wire, made a loop and soldered it then ran it back to the arm. The only problem I could see is the wire may not be strong enough. If that happens ill get a stronger cable.

    Tada. all fixed.
