I had to drive thirty minutes on a dirt road that was muddy from the melted snow from the main road with the flatbed in tow, it was crazy, even with the 4wd engaged and my supercharger whining like a little biotch. Drove 16 hours that day, wouldn't have done it if it wasn't worth it, I spent like 200 bucks on gas lol

  • moebiiusmoebiius Wagonist
dude was 6 hours from me, an hour from reno, nevada, in a normal car, not pulling a trailer...i felt like i was visitiing the ponderosa!LOL
  • Nice! Cali group is getting huge!
  • I've seen a number of posts over the years saying a busted timing belt did NOT bend a valve or punch a hole in the piston... might try putting a belt / water pump on it and checking the compression before cracking the head gasket. Looks perfect body wise - any rust?
  • moebiiusmoebiius Wagonist
No rust as of yet, but we'll see, i'm planning on tearing down as much as I can to inspect for rust
  • put a belt on and try to sart it i see those engines brake t belts all the time and almost all dont bend valves what part of california are you from
