Auto tranny control unit?

ok i have a 91 auto rt waggon and i think my tranny computer is messed up. now on carpart.com it says my tranny computer is under dash on left hand side. if that is the case what is under my drivers seat? looks like a ecu of somesort. but anyways. heres my problem. i recently floded my car and now my car will not shift at all. the s3 light flashes and the red led under seat flashes in code like the ecu for the motor. now i know that the thing under the seat was under water and also the ecu but the ecu as saved. i cleaned up that thing under the seat and it did change. b4 i did that the low light, s3, s4 and what ever gear i was in was lit up. that is what leads me to believe thart is my tranny computer. but i don't wanna order the part from carpart and get wrong item. ny help would be great also were i might be able find the code for that.

    The engine ECU is under the carpet in the passenger footwell. I've never heard of having a seperate ECU for the transmission on these cars but you never know.

    i went to dealer today and it is same part #. just in a different location. its wierd.

    When I was that the junkyard.That's the AT tranny ECU under the driver's seat.Go to the junkyard it's way cheaper than ordering 1 from HOnda.

    I just parted out an automatic AWD wagon I have that tranny ecu in hand. I also have the engine ecu. Let me know if you want them.
