Valve cover Size?

Will Honda civic 91 dx sedan (1.5L) or 92-95 civic dx valve cover fit into 89 RT4WD auto (1.6L)?

    yes. non vtec valve covers work will all non vtec engines in the d15/d16 series.

    Except D16Y7 (1996-2000 Civic non-Vtec), which is the same as D16Y8 and D16Z6.
