hey everyone. I am from columbus, Ohio. i just bought a 1990 civic wagon with 280 thousand miles on it. she neeeds a little work it over heats in 15 min. i think its a bad pump because im losing coolant. besides that the motor runs perfect. My name is Steven and i have been into Hondas since i have been little. i finally got my dream car which is the wagon.

    Hey Steven, I'm in PIT. Sounds like you might need to repalce the head gasket.

    flush/rinse radiator &lines/tubes/hoses ect. thoroughly 1st, go from there
    it should show some improvement (hot >15min)
    would be a waste of time changing/replacing
    and not having that cleaned first

    With that many miles you should definately flush the radiator and all hoses 1st. I do also agree with the head gasket.
