My 90 wagon bone stock with D15B2 and DX trim cruising at 100km--

    3600 rpm in 4th
    2800 rpm in 5th

    Give or take.

hmmm 3700rpm in 4th is a 400rpm difference from mine. that's noticeable. i THINK i have a 90 wagon dx tranny as well. I've also heard that wagon tranny's are different than DX & SI in the fact that they are geared in the middle somewhere. not sure if that's true.

I thought the transmissions were the same, but the codes are so vague.

I forgot to add--when I got my numbers I was on 13" winter tires.
