'84 Brake Light Issues

Okay here is the low down! Fuse for horn/brake lights isnt blown, yet not brake lights and no horn. The bulbs look fine. Any thoughts?

    Both systems are probably on the same fuse.You have a break in the line between the fuse & where it Y's to the brake & horn.

    Pull brake switch terminals & check for 12v.No voltage...break is between switch to where it Y's to the horn.
    Track wire to steering whl horn switch.Test for 12v.No voltage...break is between switch to where it Y's to the brake switch.

    This is based on 4gen schematic .Honda usually doesn't change the electrical to much.
