Rear differentials the same auto and 5 speed?

i was just wondering if the rearend was the same between the auto and 5 speed. i plan on doing a 5 speed swap and was wondering if i had to swap rears also.

The rear diff looks the same on the auto and manual. i couldnt find the shaft that goes from the front to the back to compare.
