Window reg question

i have a 90 wagon with manal windows and the regulator is no good on the front drivers side door. My question is my friend has a 90 civic sedan with manual windows can i use all the stuff from his parts car on my wagon. i was reading the sticky bout the electric windows and he used the electric window parts so would the manual window parts be the same thanks for any info

    I didn't know the answer to this question either, so I searched! I went to www.hondapartsdeals.com, and searched for the part number for the Wagon regulator, and then I searched for the part number for the Sedan manual window regulator, and the part numbers were different. I'd say that based on that, and the fact that Honda will try and keep as many parts common to as many vehicles as they can, I'm going out on a limb here and saying it won't fit.

    The sedan regulator is different. It can be modified to work, but the window won't roll all the way down.
