How do you replace the Passive Belt Fuser?

My Passive fuser on the wagon I bought looks messed up. It's jerry rigged to the positive terminal of the battery. Is there any way to replace the unit or do I need to replace the whole harness?

I have pics and I will post when I find the camera cable.

    OK I ripped this photo off someones engine pic. The red thingy on the positive terminal.

    if its messed up replace it
    it is basically a twin fuse holder pack
    just get a couple inline fuse holders and solder them inline with the OEM wiring and use a single ring terminal connection to the battery
