KYB GR2 shocks + H&R sport springs = Cutting Rear Springs?

As you can see by the thread title,

I bought a set of KYB GR-2 shocks for an 89-91 EF and H&R Sport springs for an 88-91 EF.

If I just slapped this on there, would the ass end be up in the air, or would it not be noticeable?

If I need to cut coils, how many should I cut?

    I have the exact same setup. I actually bought this setup from another member here. He said he did cut the springs to level out the ride height. I was told he cut one coil off the rear at the top. It sits nice and level now with no issues.
