Parking Brake Stuck?(solved)

Okay, just got my Wagon today. Drove it home with no problem. Then I had it sit for a few hours in my parking lot, when I went to leave though, my parking brake was stuck/engaged. (as in, the handle won't go down)

From what Google tells me, this is a fairly common problem for cars that have sat for a few months.

So whats my fix? :P

    How high does the handle pull up?

    Well, guy in the apartment next to me walked out and seen me messing with the wagon. He ended up climbing under it, loosening a bolt, and spraying some WD40. Works pretty well now :P
