Help! Which hub fits 83 Civic wagon? Want quick release

So I'm having trouble figuring out which hub will fit.
I thought I read somewhere that I could use a hub to fit an 84-87 CRX but I don't know if that's 100%. I'm in need of a hub, and a good quick release so that I can install a wooden Nardi and it not get stolen.
If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. I thought I was going to have to run a GT Grant hub since I can find that code, then an adapter to a momo pattern I found, then I assume I could mount the QR on that, but it might start to get a little janky.
