On the quest for my future 4wd wagon

Band Wagon
Heard about this site from a guy on a local forum that is selling a FF wagon. I'm from Nebraska in the Omaha metero area. I already own a '90 Crx with a built boosted Ls/Vtec, a daily drivin '93 Hatch with a boosted Y8, and a '87 Toyota Tercel 4wd... the Tercel is oviously the car I am trying to replace 
. The Hatch is driven most days during the week and the Tercel is my winter/mudding car. This winter I'm most likely planning on building the hatch a little and would like a car that I can put my old parts on, tear up the snow in, and possibly do a fair amount of engine work to in the future. I've known for the past couple years that a 4wd wagon would be the perfect canidate for this and I think its time to drop the Toyota and drive all Hondas once again.
Also hope to learn some more about the 4wd drivetrain and what others have found that it can handle.
