Uninstalling speaker pods, seat drawer, and armrest

I need a little advice for removing some parts I want to sell here. If anyone has done this, please clue me in.
1. Underseat drawer. I took it out, it's like new. What I don't know is if you need any mounting rails/brackets that hold it in place, or did all wagons come with the capability to hold the tray?
2. Armrest console. I removed the storage box/armrest unit (cigar box on side shaped unit with lid). There were 4 screws in its floor holding it to the base unit which seemed to be connected with the housing surrounding the parking brake and shifter. Do all wagons have a base unit with ability to accept the armrest unit? I really don't want to tear out the whole bottom thing.
3. Rear speaker pods. How do I remove these and what hardware do you need with them to reinstall them?
