Blower motor problems

ok well i searched and read thru a bunch of pages but nothing is workin for me. i changed the the whole blower motor itself and still nothing..i changed the black switch where it plugs in(assuming thats the resistor) nothing. im stumped and need heat with cold weather 2 months around the corner. while i was under my dash i found these 2 wires

WTF are they for? the little one on the right has 1 brown and 1 green wire the left has 2 blue and 2 white i believe..any help would be badass

    The little blue one is the diagnostic/ timing bypass doohickey. Jumper it to set your ignition timing (or read flash codes in OBD1 cars).

    The other plug- IDK. haven't had to deal with it

    Blower- Start from the start. Check for power AND GROUND at the blower motor plug. Fuse good? Power to the switch? From the switch? Grounded?

    well i replaced everything the blower motor, the resistor and the little black box it plugs in to and IT WORKS! ive never been so happy to have heat..im guessing the 2nd blower motor i had was a piece. thanks for your help bam
