89 Civic and 89 wagon hatch compatible?

Hi, i've found a nice looking 89 wagon and but has rust around the rear window in the hatch door, just wondering if a rear hatch from civic of a similar year would fit?

    I'm gonna guess that since they're not the same shape, theyl taillights are different, and the wagon hatch is taller, no they probably won't fit.

    You can see the HB glass has a curve and the wagon glass is straight. I've never tried, or seen the two close up, but based on this picture I'm gonna say no.

    This took 2.34m to find using google.
