My sister's EG sedan. '95 LX 5 spd. I built this car for her about 2 years ago and she hasn't crashed it yet... Guess that means it's time to further improve upon it. This started as a $400 shell. I ordered wheels last week for it. should get pretty sick pretty quick. looks kind of funny right now, because I already did all the work to fit the wheels that are coming, just last week.

    Mods:
Built D15B7 (the head is machined quite a bit anyway)
    EGR Performance Slotted rotors
    EGR SS braided brake lines
    EGR R4S Track/ Street pads
    KYB GR-2 shocks
    adjustable lowering springs
    Custom camber links
    Pioneer speakers throughout
    Pioneer 10" sub
    Pioneer head unit
    6000K HIDs
    White/clear corner markers
    Cheap roof rack

Heres a recent shot of it.

This thread came to a grinding halt because I was chasing a problem with my sister's EG. and I'm just SUPER busy with 4 different builds right now.
her car had been slowly dying. I built this motor a few years back with some used/ factory head studs. (knowing I was breaking rule #1 to building a HONDA motor)
I assembled it anyway because I only had $155 in the entire engine build. (aside from the machine work done to the head.)
I am very pleased to say, the motor went 50,000 miles before the bolts had stretched.
So now that motor is out.

and since I've got this car down... I'll be making a ton of changes this week
    New ARP head sutds
    New steering rack
    New transmission
    New tie rod ends
    New wheel bearings
    New slave cylinder
    New Master Cylinder
    New idler bearing
    New head gasket
    New belts
    New seals and gaskets
New wheels are here. (and painted) pics soon.
    An Alignment
    Bleed the brakes again
and powder coat the valve cover to match the wheels
I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff. check back soon to see more.

This is the HONDA Polar White that I am soo fond of. Single stage, with some extra clear added to the final coat.

No, Ron isnt getting anything shiny or fancy, just pure functionality. The white bay is my other ongoing project. ;)

I replaced the head gasket in my little brother's Turbo B20 Integra.
Swapped out a Fel-Pro for a Custom Stainless Steel Cometic piece. much better, it seems the Fel-Pro gasket went because of cylinder pressure.
Checked the Deck and surface. There were no signs I could see that the motor had overheated to cause the gasket to go, let alone warp the head.
This setup is fun, 250 lbs trq. feels great in a Honda/Acura, (more torque than power!! :p) and I'll say again that it feels that HONDA themselves could have gotten away with some sort of forced induction on this JDM big valve motor. This setup runs just 9.5 lbs. of boost. Motor his stock beside ARP head studs and the Cometic gasket mentioned.
It is very drive-able!, and feels (dare I say it) FACTORY. It's also quite a treat to have that 250 ft. lbs. trq. strapped to the short GSR gear box...

Grrr the EG sedan has been in the air for 3 weeks!! I have been chasing a very soggy and shitty pedal...
New HONDA Master Cylinder adjustment tool on order. Ready to get this thing fixed...

    Anyways, here's the story;
My little sister brought her car in to me because it had no brakes, The main seals on both front caliper's pistons were leaking. (less than 50K on NEW/ re-manufactured calipers.)
After a set of new Calipers and a bleeding. No brakes. The week passes as I try 4 or 5 different bleeding procedures that I read about on the internet. (not that I should need a new technique to finish this mindless task.. Let alone search Google at all.) Still No Brakes.
I get New Master Cylinder installed (and bench bled properly) bleed system again. No Brakes
New Brake booster.. for shits I guess. No brakes
New Rear Wheel Cylinders.. bleed system. No brakes
Try another new Master Cylinder, bench bled like a champ! No brakes.
Adjust brake pedal clevis/ push rod to booster... No brakes.
Disconnected all SS braided lines and re-installed, bled. No brakes
New Proportioning Valve, bled. No Brakes.

Here we are 3 weeks later, I've tried 3 different brake fluids, all on different viscosity levels. I've run like $50 or $60 worth of damn brake fluid through the stupid thing.. I've bled it an honest 20-25 times... 2 Brand new master cylinders. 6 or 7 different bleeding techniques/ sequences.
I'm now waiting on a special HONDA master cylinder "Push rod" adjustment tool to arrive from HONDA.
This tool dictates the relationship between the Master cylinder and Booster push rods.
    FML, wish me luck guys.
